🙋 Profile and subscription
Goal
Find your own profile and know where subscription information appears.
Before you start
Use your own account. Do not change shared clinic details from your personal profile.
Open your profile
- Select Profile near the bottom of the left menu. This is different from a patient's Profile tab.
- Check the signed-in person's name and email. The example uses the demonstration account Mary Chan.
- Review Name, Name (English) and Phone No..
- Change only intended personal fields, then select Save Changes.
- Check the saved fields. Company and Clinics identify the account's organisation and clinic membership.
Email changes and password resets have separate actions and verification steps. They are not part of saving the basic fields. Use the top-right language icon for the interface language; see Your first day.
Read subscription and usage
- Select Subscription in the left menu.
- Wait for the current plan and usage information. A heading alone can still be a loading state.
- Review the plan, status, date and user, clinic, credit and file usage.
- The demonstrated Trialing status means the plan is in its trial period.
Billing, plan changes, cancellation and credit purchases have separate subscription or payment workflows. This guide does not execute them.
Check that it worked
Your profile shows the correct name and clinic membership. If you changed a setting, sign out only when your clinic's process tells you to do so.

Does this guide cover changing the paid subscription?
No. Plan changes, external payment pages and payment-provider connections are outside this guide. Ask the authorised subscription owner.
