I cannot find a patient or appointment. Where should I start?
- Check the clinic.
- Clear old search text and filters.
- Check the date, doctor and status.
- Search using another verified detail.
- If two records look similar, ask an authorised colleague before editing either one.
A menu item or action is missing. Is the system broken?
It may be a permission or clinic-membership difference. Tell the manager the clinic, page name and exact action you need. A missing Create action does not mean the existing records should be recreated elsewhere.
The page did not confirm my change. Should I click again?
Do not click repeatedly. Check whether the button is still saving. Then reopen or search for the record and inspect the saved value. If you cannot confirm the result, report the page name, action and time before retrying.
How can I tell a pending edit from a saved record?
The patient's Profile uses Unsaved changes and Save Changes. Save, check that the indicator disappears, then read the field again. Consultation sections can show Pending save or Saved. Different pages do not all save in the same way.
The guide and my screen look different. What should I do?
Check the English button labels and the selected clinic. A role may hide some actions, and the product may change. Do not guess an action that changes records. Ask the clinic manager when the expected control is absent.
An uploaded file will not open. What should I check?
Check the patient and file name. Then check the browser’s pop-up indicator and download list. If the file is still listed, do not upload another copy simply because a preview did not open.
A list is empty. Does that mean the data was deleted?
Not necessarily. Check clinic, access scope, filters and date range. An empty file-category filter or a current-day appointment view can hide otherwise existing records.
What should I provide when asking for support?
Provide the page name, time, action, error text and whether the record changed. Use fictional or redacted examples when a screenshot is necessary. Keep passwords and unrelated patient details out of the report.
