❓ FAQ

Does Complete mean the patient has paid?

No. It finishes the consultation. Check the bill's payment status and transaction records in Checkout separately.

Why is a clinical section missing?

Open Configure your panel and check Enable. Also check your account permissions. Panel settings and access permissions are separate.

I typed an instruction, but it disappeared. What happened?

Some fields search for a selectable item. Choose a result after typing. If you use Create, complete the creation form and confirm that the item appears in the medication row.

Why did applying a Symptoms template repeat the text?

In the demonstrated Free Text workflow, template content was appended. Review the resulting text after each use. Do not apply it repeatedly while waiting for a save.

The follow-up exists. Why is there no appointment?

A follow-up has its own date, assignee and status. No appointment scheduled means you still need to book and link an appointment if one is required.

Does a Pending laboratory record mean the result is ready?

No. Check the report, report date, attachments and status through your clinic's review process.

Are Files, Documents and Attachments the same list?

No. Files is the patient's uploaded-file list. Documents is the generated-document list. Attachments belongs to the current consultation. Laboratory records also have their own attachment area.

The print preview stalled. Should I select Create Document & Print again?

First close or cancel the browser preview and check Documents. Confirm whether a file was actually saved before trying again. During this demonstration, one Browser Print attempt stalled and Documents remained empty after reloading the saved visit. That attempt is not evidence of a saved document or a printed page.
